Wholesale Truckload shipments are made nationwide except for those States (California) that prohibit the importation of volume loads without a phytosanitary certificate from the USDA. All "Wholesale Truckload" shipments will come with a Bill Of Lading (BOL) and the driver will present this at the time of delivery. The "Buyer" is to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Once the Bill Of Lading is signed, the "Buyer" has fully accepted the delivery and at that point, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE PINE STRAW STORE LLC ( the "Seller") will not be held responsible for the product in any manner.
